# Submission terms

> The terms you accept when you submit a pack or plugin to the evoX Market.

You accept these terms every time you submit to the evoX Market. There is no separate publisher application: anyone signed in with a Google account can submit, and **every submission is reviewed before it goes live**. Nothing is published on the Market without approval.

<Info>Version: **2026-10-12.v1**. If the terms change, the new version is published on this page and you are asked to accept it again with your next submission.</Info>

## What you accept

1. **You have the right to share it.** The content you submit is your own work, or you have permission to share and distribute it. You do not submit someone else's icons, sounds, logos or code without permission. Packs that came with the app and packs you installed from the Market are not your content.
2. **The content is harmless.** The package contains no malicious code, misleading behaviour, hidden data collection, or illegal or inappropriate content.
3. **No secrets.** The package contains no passwords, tokens, API keys, personal data or file paths from your computer.
4. **Review and removal.** evoX reviews every submission and may decide not to publish it. It may later remove published content and, if needed, remotely revoke a plugin from users' computers.
5. **Distribution on the Market.** Approved content is distributed for free on the evoX Market. evoX may show the content's name, description and preview images on the Market and in its promotion.
6. **Plugin ID.** A plugin's ID (`pluginId`) makes you its owner with the first approved submission that uses it. Submissions using an ID that belongs to someone else are not accepted.
7. **Responsibility.** You are responsible if the content you submit does not comply with these terms.
