evoX is the desktop app that manages your device’s keys and knobs; it runs on Windows, macOS (Apple Silicon) and Linux (x86_64 AppImage). Profiles, actions, icons, sounds and Market packs live in the same workspace and behave the same on all three systems.

Verify the connection and take over control from the official app if needed.

Install approved ready profiles, action packs and icon packs.

First launch

When you open evoX for the first time, a short welcome guides you through device connection and basic usage. In this step you are asked for optional anonymous error reporting permission, which contains no personal data; you can change your decision later from the Settings → Background card. A permission step is also added depending on your system: on macOS, Accessibility permission for keyboard and mouse actions; on Linux, a one-time system rule for device access. If the official evoX app is open, it may be holding the physical device. evoX should not present this as a connection and should explicitly ask you to take over control.
