What is the sleep screen
When you assign the Sleep Deck Screen action to a key, the deck does not stop working; the six LCD keys turn into a single image. The image is split into a 3x2 grid, so you see one whole picture across the keys rather than separate pieces. When you touch any key or knob on the deck, your profile comes back; that first touch only wakes the deck and does not run the action underneath.Choosing your own image
The Wallpaper section in the left panel determines what appears on the sleep screen.- Choose a file from your computer with Upload image.
- Click the image you uploaded to select it; the check mark in the top-right corner shows which one is in use.
- The sleep screen shows the image you selected the next time it opens.
When the computer sleeps
While your computer was asleep, the deck screen used to keep showing your last profile until you turned it off. Now you choose what happens from the When the computer sleeps card at the top of the Wallpaper section:
When the computer wakes up, the deck returns to your profile on its own; you don’t need to do
anything. If the deck is still dark right after waking, touching any key also brings the profile
back — that touch only wakes the deck and does not run the action underneath.
The choice takes effect on the next sleep; it is not applied to the deck right away. This setting
is for the computer’s sleep; it does not change the behavior of the Sleep Deck Screen
action you assign to a key.
Supported files
Animated wallpapers play while the deck is connected directly. If evoX has fallen back to a backup
connection path, the first frame is shown as a still image — the sleep screen still works, it just
doesn’t move.
